The Twtiter profile doesn’t leave much room for people to learn about you so I have created this page so you can learn more about who @trippatkins is and what I do.
Who is @trippatkins?
I live in Greenville, South Carolina with my wife and one-year-old son. We love it here because we are just a few minutes from family in almost any direction.
I am an attorney in Greenville practicing in the areas of tax problem resolution, estate planning and family law. I would like to continue to build my estate planning practice especially towards those people who are in my shoes – young adults with young children. But I am much more than an attorney. I volunteer at my church in several areas, but the things I enjoy working on the most are the church media and tech issues such as web development, web marketing, and video and graphic production.

- Upstate Family Law Blog – I write about many issues of South Carolina family law to try and educate people about their rights, what to expect in family court, and answer many questions that really get messed up when answered by your second cousin twice removed whose best friend went through a divorce 5 years ago (blah blah blah). You know the story. Why not get the word from someone who is practicing in this area of the law every day.
- South Carolina Tax Attorney - At AtkinsSC.com I write as the “South Carolina Tax Attorney.” While “tax attorney” may be a poor name for what I do. Basically, I am not much into the tax planning area as you might consider a tax attorney. My focus is on helping those people who have found their way into tax problems and don’t know where to turn or what to do. It is my goal to provide quality tax problem resolution advice to my clients as well as people seeking that information.
I have some other projects on the way that I am excited about getting up and running.
