Hi Tripp, I'm enjoying reading all the takes on this thong assault and I'm blogging about it myself from a more satirical "angel"! One observation: I think a consumer is using at their own risk when they attempt to cram a 52-year-old onion into a thong. I also noticed the complaint was filed with the "damages over $25,000" box checked. 'Nuff said.

Hi Andy,
Thanks so much for the comment and participating in this blog. I couldn't agree with you more! I have been on the other side where I had to take some cases I didn't really want to so I could make sure I was able to pay the bills, but now I find myself turning a lot of cases away when I don't have a good "gut feeling."

Tripp, it IS up to you every time you decide to take a case or not. Look in your heart first, not your bank account. Thanks for taking the time to share your views with the world.
